CHEF - Fully Qualified (Casual)

The Old England Hotel is an award winning hotel and we are seeking a qualified chef to join our professional team. The hotel bistro is a fast paced environment with an outstanding reputation for serving high quality food.

The successful chef will be required to work in all aspects of a busy, high volume hotel kitchen including larder, pans, fryers, grill and pass.

Requirements are:

  • Fully qualified chef
  • Previous experience as a chef - at least 2 years
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Happy to work days, nights and weekends
  • Flexible shifts available
