The Grand is a multifaceted business, with its award winning Italian fine diner, 3 of Melbourne's best private dining rooms that are humming along and a public bar menu with all the trimmings.

In the new year we are adding a pizza section and will be making some of the best pizzas in Melbourne to add to our already strong bar game. We also have some very exciting pasta expansion plans on the boil.

Right now we are gearing up and want to add an experienced sous to the team. We are on the hunt for a humble but ambitious young (ish) chef that wants to keep growing, learning and becoming a bloody good cook and develope into a team leader.

Importantly we are not just another corporate shell dishing out cookie cutter hospitality caring only about dollars and cents, we are owner operated, all passionate about good food and love what we do.

Our kitchen has been awarded many plaudits from Melbourne's top critics including being listed in The Age as one of Melbourne's Top 10 Italian restaurants on numerous occasions.
12 chefs hats, AFR top 100 listings etc, etc – we want you to help us keep the accolades and most importantly happy customers rolling in.
