The opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to be part of our newest concept at The Balfour Kitchen.

Working in our kitchen team your primary focus will be to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests whilst growing your career in an inspiring environment.

Some of your duties will include:
• Support the Head Chef to develop creative and contemporary menus;
• Lead the Pastry section;
• Assist the Head Chef with kitchen operations;
• Coach and lead the kitchen team to increase skill level and ensure the delivery of high quality dishes.
