Fresh has vacancies for three CDPs to join the team in predominantly day-time roles. Our CDPs are needed to work across different venues within our portfolio including The Governors Kitchen and The Bakehouse at Hyde Park Barracks.

A mixture of permanent and casual-to-permanent positions are available.

Duties

• Prepare a range of high-quality food
• Manage day to day running of the kitchen
• Work autonomously with support from the Executive Chef

The Governors Kitchen

• Innovative café style menu
• Must be able to cope with high volume
• Must show good attention to detail
• Work 5 out of 7 days on a rotating roster – weekend work is essential
• New concept cafe

The Bakehouse

• A brand new kitchen in a new venue
• Quality cafe food with a focus on burgers and homemade pies
• High volume work - good attention to detail is essential
• Weekend work is essential

Hourly Pay Rates

M-F: $28.29 | Sat: $33.95 | Sun: $39.60 | P.H. $56.58
