Chef de Partie Eureka 89

Eureka 89 is part of the esteemed Red Rock Leisure hospitality group which operates a number of highly successful bars and restaurants across Melbourne

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will need to be motivated and dedicated to your work as well as being encouraged to demonstrate your creativity and skills during the day to day operations of the kitchen.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

• At least 2 years experience in fine dining kitchen
• Be motivated, we are looking for chefs who take their career seriously and want to learn and develop their skills.
• Possess sound knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety
• Be able to understand and perform in all sections of the kitchen
• Take pride in the work you produce and have passion for what you do
• Full working rights in Australia
• An enthusiastic attitude and a good work ethic
