To be successful you must have:

- Highly trained experience of high volume turnover within the industry

- Australian Residency

- Be able to work varying shifts and weekends

- High standard of food knowledge within our Al la carte restaurant, function rooms and upmarket cafe

- Passion for high standard fine foods

- Confidence to work under pressure within a large brigade of chefs

- experience in the industry, with references
