In this hands on role, your creativity and passion for food will utilised to develop captivating menus in line with Crown’s promotional activities and events. Reporting to the Executive Sous Chef, you will be required to train & mentor your team whilst liaising with a wide range of stakeholders including senior level management.

You will manage budgets and monitor financial budgets, food and labour costs and other associated expenses effectively. Your advanced time management, organisational and task delegation skills will ensure efficient daily kitchen operation.

What you need:

  • Effective leadership skills including ability to train and mentor your team
  • Creativity is a must for this position
  • Extensive experienced in a high volume kitchen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability maintain high and consistent standards
  • Great presentation and grooming standards
  • Adaptability and able to lead change
  • Strong cost control skills
