At The Beatt cafe we aim to deliver food that tastes delicious and leaves us feeling satisfied and positive about what we put into our bodies.

Our whole food cafe has been a gathering place for the past three years for a community of people seeking a wholistic experience of wellness.

Located on our premesis is a Yoga Tree House and consulting suits where varying health practitioners consult and a beautiful garden setting to host events. All these offering are additional reasons for people to frequent our establishment. Our Cafe has a strong supportive cliental whom frequent The Beatt nutrition based food to satisfy the idealogies of 'we are what we eat.'

The Beatt invests into sourcing produce that supports Local Suppliers and a Farm to Plate ethos with Certified Organic produce where possible. Our food is nutrient-dense food that supports wellbeing. Aspiring to make health food interesting and tasty we derive inspiration from Melbourne's rich mutliculturalism, weaving influence from Europe, Asia and the Middle East. We offer a number of gluten free, vegan options and look to accomodate all varied dietry requirments.

_The Beatt is looking to invite a passionate skilled Cook/Chef with an interest in Nutrition to join their team in the kitchen.

_We aspire to find an individual with a connection to Healthy Cooking whom can bring ideas to the table and contribute to the development of our evolving menu.

A successful candiate will offer some of the following qualities:

  • Work in conjunction with the Head Chef to expand and grow our specialised menus
  • experience and passion for wellness food and nutrition
  • Industry skills in busy kitchens
  • Able to assume a directorship of the kitchen on the days the Head Che is absent.
  • Up holds a high standard of food preparation in the kitchen
  • Engage in a positive and collaborative manner with both BOH and FOH teams to ensure outstanding food experiences for our customers.
  • Be involved in the creative process of daily special options with the Head Chef.
  • Have worked in high-quality kitchens delivering outstanding food experiences.
  • Upholds high communication and teams manship
  • Oversee food safety.
