Chef wanted for busy Brighton cafe/restaurant. We are currently recruiting Chefs and Cooks. The successful applicant must demonstrate commercial cookery qualifications, have held the position of a Chef or Cook prior, strong knowledge of food handling and hygiene principles, ability to multi task and work in a fast paced work environment, excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team. The role includes day to day preparation & production of all kitchen requirements, replenishing stock, cleaning up & area maintenance and ability to work within a team.
