About the Role
Based at Melbourne Airport, you will be accountable for providing quality made-to-order food from a set menu.  You will support the food and beverage team providing high quality dishes and maintian the hygiene of the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Food Safety including temperature and quality checks, managing cross contamination etc
• Preperation of ingredients
• Be able to demonstrate solid skills in food preperation and presentation, garnishes and other assosciated meal items
• Maintaining WHS and HACCP policies and procedures

Criteria / Qualifications

• Current Food Hygiene Certificate (Required)
• Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery (Desireable)

Melbourne airpot has a variety of flight times and to service the needs of our guests you will be required to be availible across 7 days.

Candidates must be availible to work between 21 - 37 hours per week.
