About the business and the role

Holy Basil specialises in Vegan, Vegetarian and Sustainable Seafood. We pride ourselves on home made Thai fusion food with good wine, local beer, cocktails and great coffee. We are open 7 nights from 5.30 and most shifts range from 5 to 7 hours in duration. At Holy Basil there is a strong emphasis on team work, training, education and commitment. We believe that a team consists of team members that can fulfill all the roles and tasks necessary. Having your own car is preferred. Experience is essential and availability on Friday and Saturday nights is a must. We are of course flexible to allow nights off for special occasions. Most shifts finish around 10.45 - 11.15 pm and on some occasions can go to 11.45 on Friday ad Saturday nights. We believe in honesty, humility and dedication.
