Monday to Friday (predominantly) with the occasional night or weekend means you can still have a life : )

This role requires someone not only with exceptional, on-trend food ideas and flavours but also a very organised and efficient work system to maximise output and margins.

Working with a small team of 2 to 4 in the kitchen means this is a hands-on role.

The perfect candidate will be offered profit share in the business based on performance KPI's

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily catering output to high standards of flavour and presentation

Function catering menus, recipes and methods with exceptional standards of flavour and presentation

Ordering and supplier liaison

HACCP style cleaning and oeprations - maintenance of equipment

Sourcing, overseeing, training new and casual staff

Qualifications and Skills

Must be fully qualified, speak FLUENT English, be a permanent Australian resident and must WANT to work.
