The Tradesman Cafe situated in Moorabbin is seeking qualified and experienced Sous chef to join the team. We pride ourselves in our quality and consistency therefore will require someone with previous cafe experience.

The position involves working in a fast paced cafe offering breakfast and lunch service. The successful candidate must:

• Must have at least 2 years cafe experience
• Be able to work weekends
• Be reliable and have passion to learn
• Be able to work within a team environment as well as independently
• Be able to work under pressure and be able to prioritise effectively
• Be motivated and have an eye for detail
