Princes Pies is looking for a full time Front of House Manager to grow with a brand new business. Required, first and foremost, are customer service skills. Located in heart of the CBD, this position is suited for someone who loves good food, vibrant staff and listening to amazing records all day, with counter service as much a sales item as dine in. You will need coffee skills to assist

the barista. You'll love the buzzing atmosphere of our busy little store, two set days off a week (Sunday & Monday You will be in charge of all stock control, rostering and general cafe duties. in addition to the cafe role we have a line up of music festivals and other events that you'll be in charge of. But most of all you'll come in at the start and grow with a new business that has already shaped up to be one of the hottest new lunch spots in Melbourne.
