About the role:

This daytime chef position is a great opportunity for experienced chefs to create and deliver a range of food offerings for our Takeaway café and Coffee Shop located in Southbank.

The roles key focus:

Create and deliver a continuous range of food offerings to our customers for our hip take away café.

Ensuring the consistency, quality and presentation of our product.

Be up to date with food trends which transfer to our customers on a daily basis.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience and creativity in menu creation and food offerings using in season produce and products.

Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service

Drive food wastage and deliver on food costings model

Work autonomously or in a team as required, be well organised and work ahead of customer daily demands

What we can offer:

Great working hours Monday - Friday, starting 5am and Saturday, starting 6am

The position can be Full time or Part time for the successful candidate across the 6 days.
