The Mansion Hotel & Spa is currently looking to employ a Full Time Breakfast Cook to join a great kitchen team.

About The Role:

• Successful high quality hotel, catering for leisure, conference and wedding guests
• Deliver a scrumptious country boutique breakfast
• Time flies as you finish off each shift with some kitchen prep and get the kitchen spick and span for the evening team
• 6am start time gives you the chance to enjoy afternoon and evenings - a rare perk in the industry!

About You:

• To flourish in this role, you will have a flair for breakfast cooking, a passion for delivering high quality food made with love and you will thrive in a hands on role where you can take charge when flying solo:
• Have a knack for high quality taste and presentation of breakfast items which our guests will rave about
• Have impeccable organisational skills to ensure smooth sailing even during the 'mad rush' periods
• Team player, great personality and passion for delivering food at a standard that complements our boutique product
• Ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively
• Positive mindset and a can do attitude
• An understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
• Certificate II in Commercial cookery (minimum)
