Billy's Trackside in Flemington are launching and are now looking for customer focused staff in a variety of roles including Chef/Cook, Barista and Managers in both full time and casual capacities.

OPENING OCTOBER 26th

Barista

You are passionate about quality coffee and passionate about exceptional service for our clientele. You will have previous experience with speciality coffee and your coffee skills are only surpassed by your customer service skills. You are efficient and have a "can do" attitude.

Chef/Cook

The successful chef or cook will have previous experience in a fast paced Cafe environment that prides itself on exceptional quality and service. You will be organised and systematic and thrive within a small team or working on your own. High attention to detail is essential. Duties will range from seasonal menu planning and preparation through to delivery and kitchen hygiene.
