About the Role and Responsibilities;

In this role you will be responsible for driving success & accountability in the business. You will lead and drive the team by educating whilst consistently creating a gold star customer experience.

Responsibilities include;

• Continuous training and development to enhance performance
• Proactively leading the team at all times by ensuring all areas are performing effectively, delivering an exceptional level service to clients.
• Ensuring all processes and systems are implemented effectively
• Analysing reports including P&L’s, stock, compliance, customer experience, team training and ensure any shortfalls are highlighted and understood by the whole team and acting to rectify them

About you

To be successful in this role you will assert yourself as a great leader & people orientated person. You can inspire your team, driving a collaborative work culture and able to manage various personalities. If you love being hands on and leading by example, you’re in the right role.
