We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to be part of our vibrant, hard-working team. Individuals who are looking for a career with a growing national company. People who are passionate about the industry and providing delicious food and beverage service to all our guests.

To be successful in this role you will need to show the following:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor in a fast paced restaurant environment
• Results driven - with the ability to demonstrate previous KPI achievements
• Support the Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant
• Exceptional communication skills with guests, staff and suppliers
• Pro-actively manage your time, high standard of prioritising
• Display excellent personal hygiene and presentation at all times
• Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
• Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
• A current RSA Certificate
