Bay City Burrito in Hawthorn is currently looking for a vibrant individual who can join the team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

Bay City Burrito delivers the unique vibrant atmosphere and Cali Mex flavors of San Francisco’s’ Mission District. BCB is known as the guys who brought real burritos to Melbourne and 9 years on is still serving the healthiest and most authentic burritos this side of the Pacific. Our restaurants are predominately dine in and we are fully Licensed.

The position is a full time role and applicants will need to have some management or team leader experience. An Assistant Restaurant Manager at Bay City Burrito will work a customer service ‘hands on’ role whose tasks will also include, but are not limited to:

-Labour management

-Cost of goods control

-Leadership and front line management

The Assistant Manager reports to and assists the owner and will be required to step in to the owners role in their absence. We would prefer Australian Residents.
