To be considered for the position, applicants must have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar establishment
• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and an unforgettable experience
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in high pressure situations
• A current valid RSA certificate
• Advanced communication skills and a positive manner
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
• Be punctual to shifts
