This role is designed for a hands on leader, who understands what it takes to drive performance whilst identifying every member of the teams key strengths.

Expect the responsibility of running service, trouble shooting on shift, and building relationships with customers.

One of two Assistant Managers assisting your direct report run smooth and successful operation.

Accountable for day to day shift running, overseeing two Supervisors and a bunch of passionate Team Members, you'll have the opportunity to mark your stamp in fast paced, casual dining environment, whilst getting the regular support you need from an established Area Manager.

Skills & experience

• Applicants with a minimum 2 years experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager, 2ic, Store Manager, Supervisor, or similar role, will only be considered for this role
• Confident working to targets and/or budgets
• Results driven, hungry for success and a true motivator
• Good understanding service cycles, sound food & beverage knowledge, excellent customer service skills
• Superb people management and communication skills
