We currently have an opening to join our team of professionals that are committed to excellence. We are passionate about our food and service, just as our incredible performers are about their music. Each day we stage our own creations in our restaurant /bar and we are looking for a talented chef to join our team as an apprentice.

Your duties will include:

1. Working with the Chef to achieve the goals of the business, delivering five star service to customers.
2. Managing the staff rosters, procurement of stock and budget control.
3. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
4. Fostering our local restaurant community.

The successful candidate will:

1. Be in their first or second year of their apprenticeship.
2. Aspire to progress into more senior positions within our group should the opportunity arise.
3. Have prior skill or experience in cafe assistant management and a desire to learn.
4. Be available for an immediate start.

Working hours will be 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, with the occasional weekend as needed, rotating between the Manager and Assistant Manager.
