We are currently looking for a 2nd Chef Monday to Friday to join our team in Prseton. The right person for this position needs to have a background in the Aged Care Industry. You need to have a sound knowledge of dietary supplements different food textures as well as different diets. e.g Diabetic, different allergies, fortified diets.

You will report directly to the Chef Manager

The right person needs to have experience in dealing with staff issues on a daily basis.

You need to be friendly and approachable at all times as you will be dealing with residents and client staff daily.

The right person will need to have a current Food Handling Certificate and a sound knowledge of HACCP.

Current Police Check will be required
