Italy 1 Camberwell is looking for an excited, passionate junior person to start as a 1st / 2nd year Apprentice Chef, with a genuine interest to learn how to cook. We are looking for someone who wants understand kitchens not just plate food.

We require a professional attitude to fulfil the following qualities:

- Ideally suit someone who has started an apprenticeship or has worked in a kitchen previously

- Good organisation

- Willingness to learn

- Enjoys a team environment

What we offer:

- Full time roster with some flexibility and Sundays being closed.
