Our client, a prestigious International Marine Manufacturing Company now has an OUTSTANDING opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator/ Customer Service Officer on a full time & permanent basis. Based in the Greater Dandenong area and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your duties will include:-
• Handling customer enquiries pertaining to parts, orders and freight.
• Assisting the business with all aspects of inventory management.
• Investigating, resolving and answering enquiries relating to parts availability, late deliveries and order discrepancies including picking/packing errors.
• Sorting pick slips and back order releases for warehouse processing.
• Data entry of orders and transfers.
• Credit return requests.
• Liaising with customer service in other departments/branches
• Parts put away, picking, checking and packing of orders as required.
• The preparation of documents/labels for dispatch

To be successful, you will need:
• Experience in a similar position
• Pick/Packing experience
• Excellent customer Service and communication skills
• Experience in Inventory Management Systems
• The ability to prioritise workloads
• Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• RF Scanning experience
• A great attitude and good motivation
