Peninsula Health provides public healthcare services to residents of the Mornington Peninsula.

Our hospitals and emergency departments are located at Frankston and Rosebud, and we provide a wide range of community health, dental, rehabilitation, mental health, palliative care ad aged care services from campuses at Frankston, Hastings, Mornington and Rosebud.

Position Summary

An opportunity exists for an experienced Support Services Assistant to join our Support Services Team on a permanent part time. The Support Services Assistant is an integral and valued member of the wider Support Services team.

Essential Criteria

The successful applicants must have a current Certificate in Food Handling (post 2015) , current valid light rigid drivers license and demonstrate previous work experience in a food service role/commercial or healthcare setting. Additionally, you will be flexible and a self-motivated individual and able to work weekends.

In addition:

• Understanding of infection control practices applicable to cleaning.

• Previous experience in an Healthcare environment would be advantageous.

• Ability to take direction

• Ability to complete tasks unsupervised

• "Can do" attitude and good work ethic

• Team player
