We are seeking an experienced cleaner who can fulfil the required work set below.

Job located at Rose Hill

Days of work are: Monday 7am to 12pm & Thursday 7am to 12pm. 5hrs each day.

Total of 10 hrs per week.

Training will be provided. Previous experience is essential. We seek an individual who is energetic, reliable, fast working, honest and have a willingness to learn. Must be a team player as well as able to work unsupervised. Crystal clear communication in all areas is extremely important. Must have a mobile phone.

Duties involved:

- Use of blower

- Sweeping

- Cleaning of toilets

- Squeegee of windows

- Polish of stainless steel

- Place 660 ltr bins outside for truck collection

- Wash bins after collection

- Mop and vac floors

- Liaison with customers/residents and tradespeople

We seek a person who is long-term in the position.
