The Company:

This Global Market Leading Furniture Company has created a new role to lead the sales team across NSW and ACT.

With a fantastic brand name and excellent company culture, our client has a reputation for staff development and career progression.

You will be a part of a business who have been in the market for over 50 years.

The Role:

• You will be leading a team of 4 Territory Managers who cover NSW/ACT.

• Key Account Management - Major Retail Account.

• Strategic planning across your region, setting KPI’s, objectives and sales forecasting.

• Leading, coaching and mentoring your team through joint sales calls, feedback sessions and ongoing development plans.

• Regional Travel required every 4-6 weeks.

The Candidate:

The ideal applicant will have a combination of key or national account management and sales leadership.

Due to the nature of the product range, it’s important you’ve sold premium or big-ticket items into major retail groups.

Previous experience selling Homewares or Furniture products is a benefit however not a deal breaker.

It is imperative you have a stable track record and are able to demonstrate achievements against sales targets throughout your career.
