We do this through face-to-face consultations with our customers, emphasising our ability to provide tailored solutions.

The Role

You will be servicing warm leads grouped into different areas around Metro Melbourne. As a solar specialist, you will be working with the customer to analyse their bill and energy usage, design a proposed system solution, and coordinate the installation.

All in-home appointments are pre-qualified and confirmed. You will be provided full-training and support from our National Sales Manager to achieve a company average of greater than 50% close rate.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• Previous phone and/or face-to-face direct sales experience
• A diligent work ethic, self-motivated and spirited interpersonal skills
• A strong desire to learn and build a career in the solar industry
• Preference is to have your own transport
