Kick start your career in IT today! If you have recently graduated from a university or TAFE course and are looking for a start, this is the position for you. This initial two year program will provide you with the experience, training, mentorship and the Industry Standard Certifications you need.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, well spoken and outgoing team member. You will be the face of IT for our client as the primary function of this role is to provide first level support to users.

This program will provide an IT Graduate with an opportunity to not only enhance their skills learnt throughout university but to also gain invaluable hands on experience and exposure to corporate culture and environments.

Do you have:

• Previous Customer Service experience?
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal?
• A technical mind and the ability to solve problems?
• An interest in a career in IT?

Over the course of the two year program you will be involved with Large Scale Projects, Business Applications and Core Business Systems. In addition, you will gain exposure to different IT departments, varied organisational and departmental cultures and structures.

Any previous experience in IT is a plus, but not required as full training is provided.
