You will need to be a highly motivated person who enjoys going the extra mile for your customers and have a strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand. Responsibilities will include: Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and the workshopCoordinating the customer car pick up, cleaning and delivery timeAccurately record data such as time expenses and materialsLiaising with the customer on estimated completion times, updates and follow up requiredConfidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicleAbout you Highly motivated and with excellent interpersonal skills you will enjoy going the extra mile for your customers. You will be a problem solver who sees things in an innovative fashion, and can make the complex seem simple. Working under pressure will be something you thrive on with your time management and prioritisation skills being at an advanced level.
