As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to a leader, not a manager. Committed to ongoing development, coaching and mentoring, be a part of a team that are truly customer focused! What does this mean I hear you ask? It means that you will not have your call times monitored for efficiency, you will be rewarded for showing genuine empathy for customersand finding solutions for them.

You will be provided with a great base salary of $60K + super so you can relax and not get caught up with your numbers/targets and concentrate on providing the best service possible. Add on:

Your new role:

Join a diverse and high-performing team of eight on a 6-month contract with the likelihood of going permanent, handling inbound calls from customers and partners. You will assist them with their questions, anything from ‘when does my warranty expire?’ through to the more complex cases such as ‘my gearbox has gone again and this is the third time!’ With a manageable caseload of about 40 at any one time.
