We have an exciting opportunity opening for experienced wait staff!

Trunk opened its doors in 2007 with its Restaurant, Bar & Private dining room in one of Melbourne's finest Heritage listed buildings surrounded by an expansive outdoor courtyard which is also home to the Trunk Diner.

We are a town. In our town guests come at 8 am for coffee and breakfast in our Diner. They come back at midday for a long boozy lunch, a business catch up in the restaurant or just a delicious burger in the courtyard. At 4 pm cocktails start shaking and beers from all around the world start to pour, Time for a dinner bite! Our Mediterranean restaurant menu focuses on the best products in season to match our extensive wine list and back bar. They finish their journey winding down in our town with a night cap in our front bar.
