About the role

The position is full-time based out of our office on Bourke Street in Melbourne.

You will join the team as a sales support coordinator focused on:

  • Frontline management and maintenance of customer interaction and experience,
  • Administrative and operational assistance to the OTW Sales Team,
  • Contract development, management and communication
  • Financial process review and action,
  • System and process management and integration,
  • Proactive development, implementation and execution of sales campaigns.

Skills and experience

You will be a motivated, self-starter who has excellent written and spoken English.

A team player who is results driven and compelled to think out of the box and a problem solver above all else.

You enjoy working with clients to help identify how to best address their needs and get them to their ideal outcome.

It is not required that you already have a good understanding of Voice over IP services, but you are someone keen to learn new technologies and methodologies to better understand the needs of your clients.
