Experienced sales administrator required for a temp role in a renowned business in Melbourne’s South-East.

Your new company
This industry-leading business has been operating for multiple years and have a large focus on being experts within the consumer goods industry. The company is seeking a sales administrator to support their high-performing and dynamic team in their local office based in Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs.


Your new role
In this sales support administration role, your daily duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent customer service to customers via email, phone or personal interaction in a consistent and timely manner
  • Entering customer orders into the system and creating invoices
  • Liaising with other employees within the business, as well as stakeholders
  • Sales reporting and quote management
  • Following up on late or missing deliveries
  • Maintain and update customer database
  • Handling customer complaints and feedback
  • Other general administrative duties as required



What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • A considerable background and understanding of the service/maintenance industry
  • Organisation and time-management skills
  • A friendly and dynamic personality
  • High levels of computer literacy
  • The willingness to learn
  • A positive attitude and ability to prioritise tasks
