About the role

We are looking for 2 key outgoing individuals to join our team and to be the face for our clients. Initial role is in our in face to face brand awareness and customer acquisition teams. We represent some of Australia's best known clients that already have substantial market awareness within the market place.

• The role is in direct sales, where you will be working alongside our existing enthusiastic team.
  
• You will be on the front line presenting to customers our clients with 5 star customer service skills / sales skills
  
• You will need to be inspiring and have a great personality and top level communication skills
  
• Progression is available for individuals seeking more and want to take on more and grow within the industry.

Skills and experience

• You would need to have at least 3 months experience in sales/hospitality/retail
• You must be easy to talk to and approachable
• You must be confident and not shy to try new things
• The right individual must have passion, professionalism and pride in their work
• Be ambitious with a strong work ethic
• You must be flexible to work in different areas of Melbourne
• Retail experience would be preferable

We want someone who is ready smash sales targets and who loves to work in a team environment. You must be confident to meet new people and start a sales career.

You must be available Monday to Friday - Full time hours. You will earn an annual salary and we offer bonuses that can double your yearly salary! (OTE)
