Sales Manager (Home Builder)

The Role:

• Manage a high performance sales team through all aspects of the lead management, including CRM management, eMarketing, customer service, product knowledge, sales administration and reporting
• Drive KPIs and targets
• Develop and implement business development opportunities

Skills & Experience:

• Sales management experience in the construction industry, ideally in volume building
• Experience managing a team of sales consultants preferred
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Knowledge of the residential/new homes building sector
• The ability to communicate and manage effectively
• The ability to cultivate strong relationships for stakeholders
• Strategic selling skills
