AirEng Pty Ltd, is a market leader in the design, manufacture and supply of industrial fans, blowers and ancillary equipment to all facets of industry, both within Australia and throughout the world. Due to continued expansion and growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Sales Representative to join our organisation. This new position is based in our Bayswater, Victoria manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing further existing business as well as growing and forging new client relationships within Australia and South East Asia. We require someone who can interpret commercial terms and conditions with respect to mechanical engineering supply only contracts. You will also have strong technical knowledge of ancillary mechanical products, an understanding of project management principles and ideally some knowledge of fan applications and processes.

Key Requirements

• A degree in an Engineering discipline (preferably mechanical) or experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with CAD packages is beneficial.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Australian Resident.

As a focused individual, your attention to application detail and ability to quickly identify and prioritise critical issues and tasks will be key to this role. Your ability to work autonomously towards targets and willingness to support others in meeting overall sales objectives are qualities we are looking for within this role, as is your enthusiasm for involvement in continuous improvement initiatives.
