The Role

Acendre’s Sales Development Representative is responsible for outbound prospecting into targeted enterprise accounts.

You are a high-energy, driven professional with the business intuition to make a career in sales.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel the APAC sales pipeline via outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels).
  • Conducting high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts to uncover our prospect’s business challenges.
  • Working closely with our Business Development Manager and Sales Analyst to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
  • Achieving monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
  • Managing, tracking, and reporting on your activities and results using Salesforce.
  • Learning and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our products, customers, industry trends and competitors.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to help continuously optimise our processes.

Your strong analytical skills will see you diagnose problems and engineer solutions.

Your ability to combine your unique talents with a desire to understand prospect needs and present a compelling vision of a future solution will make you successful in this role.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or Lead Generation preferred.
  • Undergraduate Degree strongly preferred.
