The Role

As the Sales Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the Victoria and Tasmanian Grinders sales team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will manage the tasks that impact the daily running of the function enabling the sales team to effectively perform their daily tasks.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Building and printing contract and customer proposals
  • Onboarding of customers
  • Ordering of customer sampling
  • Fleet Management including ordering vehicles when required, end of lease upgrades, recording motor vehicle incidents and repairs, fuel cards and registration management.
  • Management of administrative tools within budgetary requirements including stationary, mobiles, laptops/iPad’s, uniforms, TOT bags,
  • Organise team meetings, training days, team building activities and other events as required

  • Exposure supporting a sales team would be highly regarded
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Building relationships with senior management and varied stakeholders
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
