The Role:

Fantastic opportunity for outgoing, goal-driven salesperson to join high-performing team. New state-of-the art call centre facilities in Port Melbourne await ! This company purchases high-end, second-hand vehicles. As part of the inbound sales team, you will answer incoming calls and follow up on prospective sellers who have expressed interest in selling their vehicle. It is an easy sale, as the company pays fair prices, and there are no cold calls! Use your negotiation skills to close the deal and earn commissions for every car purchased!

The Details:

• Inbound sales, call centre based role
• Qualified leads to purchase cars from interested parties
• Rotating roster M-F working between 8:30 - 9pm and every second Saturday 9-12pm
• Port Melbourne Location

Your Duties:

• Identify opportunities in the market through various online platforms
• Contact and quickly develop rapport with prospective car sellers
• Negotiate commercial deals for second hand vehicles across Australia
• Organise inspections for vehicles nationwide through sophisticated internal system
• Liaise with Mandarin and Vietnamese speaking customers

Your Skills & Experience:

• Proven history exceeding sales targets
• Skilled communicator with excellent rapport building, negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills
• Experience and knowledge within the automotive industry is beneficial, though not required
• Ability to work autonomously, as well as contribute to a team
• Highly goal driven and hardworking, as there is a direct correlation between effort and earnings
