What will you be doing?

As Sales Capability Manager, you will be responsible in achieving monthly sales targets. You will identify opportunities to strengthen the relationship of existing and potential partners by providing appropriate service strategies to retain and increase business. You will create and assess capability across sales and develop annual plans to deliver the business’ strategy. With targets and KPIs set, you will lead continuous improvement for all sales tools and business process (current and proposed) to ensure optimised delivery and engagement.

  • A number of years’ proven experience in sales
  • A proven ability to produce consistent results, in an environment where stretch targets are continually set and achieved by a national sales team
  • Experience in a phone-based sales environment
  • Strong analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • Exceptional relationship building skills with both business and consumer customers
  • Strong goal orientation and desire to achieve targets

You are highly regarded if you also are:

  • Experience within the FinTech space
