An industry leader in the health product market, seeking a confident sales assistant. ( Mandarin Speaker only )

You will work closely with the sales manager and supporting & reporting to sales manager. ( Mandarin Speaker only )

Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following:

· Meet and greet customers

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

· Answer product related questions

· Keep up to date with product information

· Ascertain customers' needs and wants

. Travel to local store to liaise with customer

Requirements

· Advanced Excel, Word skills

· Fluent in English & Mandarin

· Proven working experience in retail/wholesale sales

· Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

· Track record of over-achieving sales quota

· Solid communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer service focus

· Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

· Basic administration skills

As the ideal applicant you will possess:

· Outstanding customer service

· Photoshop/Illustrator

· Previous experience in health product industry would be a credit

· Have a driver license
