The role
Duties:
Provide sales, assist with operations, support the Branch Manager to ensure effective and efficiency to our business.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and prospective customers of Central Cleaning Supplies
Answer phone calls, enquiries, request for quotations
Assist customer with purchases and provide consultation to customer on our company’s range of products – their usages, costs and benefits.
Perform sales and merchandising, maintain tidiness and professional presentation in the branch
Coordinate and perform data entry for stock records, transfer orders, exchanges and stock returns
Generate invoices, quotes, receipts and attend to customers’ enquiries
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and protocols
Contribute to a positive and safe working environment
Update internal templates and procedures; carry out administrative tasks such as photocopying and scanning of documentation
What’s required?

Team player – work well with people, coordinate with other branches and department of the company to carry out day to day business activities
Cleaning industry experience – with cleaning operations and working in commercial cleaning
Strong communication and negotiation skill set
Punctuality, reliability and presentation
Motivation and desire to grow on a personal and professional level with the company
Skills we look for:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products – Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent written communication and fluent command of English
- Hands on person
