The Role:

Our client is seeking an exceptional Sales Administrator with a technology background that is keen to demonstrate their ability to perform in a key role, supporting the business with product knowledge and sales administration. You will be energetic, professional, confident and reliable.

To be successful you will be required to work Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Sales/Administrative experience in a similar
  • Product Knowledge in Telecommunications
  • Responding to customer enquires via email/phone
  • Understand and convey information to customers regarding technical products and services
  • Rapport building with customers
  • Invoicing, filing and creating purchase orders
  • Providing exceptional Customer service
  • High focus on quality, accuracy and productivity
  • ERP Systems (SAP) experience will be highly regarded not essential
