Contract Solutions Australia is looking to employ IRATA technicians and BMU operators (window cleaning experience preferable) to join our Melbourne based team. The role at CSA would involve daily rope access work. You will support the Manager by providing great work ethic, bringing a can-do attitude and ensuring compliance to all OHS requirements.

What We Do

• Facade cleaning/window cleaning
• Caulking
• Painting
• Remedial works
• Pressure washing
• General building maintenance
• Facade Inspections

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A strong work ethic
• A head for working at heights (up to 300m)
• A high level of attention to detail
• Be punctual
• Understand and follow OHS guidelines, policies and procedures
• An IRATA or equivalent license
• Construction white card

Applicants are required to have an IRATA (or ARAA) Level 1, 2 or 3 rope access license and preferably experience with operating building maintenance units. All equipment provided. Growth within the company will allow for future progression.
