Why join the Telesales team?

This is a solutions based sales role where you will be leveraging existing relationships with customers and advising them to stay at Red. Fantastic commission structure with uncapped commissions. The role has Inbound and Outbound elements to it. Outbound dialling is done through an automated dialler. You don’t have to spend time calling customers manually. Brand new building with new equipment and state of the art facilities. There are coffee machines across the workspace. Career development opportunities Ongoing support and training Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm rotating roster with an occasional Saturday (RDO during the week)
