About Us

We are part of a global company that is at the top of their game with well known and loved brands here in Australia. We have a full time position available and we are looking for our next superstar to join our team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be required to assist with the day to day functions within the store including:

• Ensuring safe working conditions and practices at all times
• Customer service and processing sales
• Assisting in the tinting and mixing of paint
• Receipting and putting away stock
• Working with the team to achieve store targets
• Assembling orders for delivery and on occasion, delivering an order to a customer
• Store housekeeping

• An ability to work well both within a team and autonomously
• Superior customer service skills with a strong customer focus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A real 'can-do' attitude with the ability to use your own initiative

Previous customer service experience is required for this role. Experience in paint, retail or an associated hardware retail environment will be highly regarded however is not essential.
