Position Scope:

This position is more than a sales assistant role, it is being part of a dedicated and motivated team to deliver an in-store experience for our valued clients. Applicants with excellent fashion and accessories sales skills/knowledge will be highly considered.

This role will require you to excel in the following areas:

• Provide our customers with the highest level of service
• Ensure product knowledge is maintained at the highest level
• Be honest, loyal and have a high degree of integrity
• Display your experience in fashion and fashion accessories at a high level

Requirements:

• Must have full working rights in Australia - Must hold Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Passionate about retail and home-wares/gifts
• Impeccable presentation
• Customer Focus mindset
• Willing to work retail hours

Job responsibilities:

Daily activities include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Provide sales support
• Gift Wrapping
• General cleaning
• Stocktake
• Receiving new stock
• Ensure all customers are attended to in a professional, friendly manner, exercise your product knowledge and outgoing personality to upsell wherever possible.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment and product displays
• Support Visual Merchandising set-up of store windows and displays
